This program is for serious, dedicated players 14 years and older who want to be challenged both mentally and physically. The goal is to create a learning/teaching environment where student-teacher interaction will spark self-motivation; enhance field awareness; increase individual goal-setting characteristics; improve daily self-discipline; build team relationship skills and develop a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
